Code of Ethics

In 2014, the Group wanted to distinguished itself compared to local entrepreneurs by adopting an Organisation, Management and Control Model and a Code of Ethics to establish the responsibilities and duties in the management of business activities of all employees, collaborators and suppliers of Omnia Energia.

Each of them has dedicated channels to report to the Supervisory Board, any behavior contrary to the principles and precepts of the Code. Being part of the Omnia Group, therefore, means combining competitiveness with a management that values ethics in business processes. This promotes the growth and professionalism of the resources involved and the company as a whole.
